Customer Service Promise

We have a commitment to the highest levels of customer service.  Our service level agreement declares our commitment to come back to you within two working hours of your request for information. This includes any request for a quotation.

If your enquiry is of an urgent nature we can, in exceptional circumstances, look to come back to you faster than the two hours.  Our sales team often work out of office hours and over the weekend, so do not be surprised if you receive a response from your enquiry out of office hours.

It is our intention that all quotes will be supplied to client within a 24-hour period.

If you require a credit facility we will undertake a credit check, using credit safe. If you are eligible for credit, payment terms will be offered, However, if we cannot offer you payment terms we would require payment with your order. Please note, we do not accept payment on delivery.

Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. Please confirm that the job stated in the order confirmation reflects your order. No jobs will go into production until a hard copy or digital PDF proof has been approved.
